ROSEBURG Cemetery raffle locations change Raffle tickets for a fundraiser to pave the parking lot next to the Roseburg National Cemetery are being sold in more locations than originally announced. The tickets are available in Roseburg at the law office of Watkinson and Laird, 425 S.E. Jackson St.; the Community Cancer Center, 2880 N.W. Stewart Parkway; Tim Freeman’s Shell Station on Garden Valley Boulevard; Studio 348, 711 S.E. Jackson St.; and at the Cascade Community, Northwest Community and First Community credit unions.
