ROSEBURG Christian women’s conference Nov. 2 GRACE Ministries will welcome author Janice Mayo Mathers as a speaker at the 25th annual women’s conference Nov. 2-3. The interdenominational Christian conference, called “Singing in the Rain” will be held at New Life Christian Church, 1723 N.E. Vine St. in Roseburg. It is free and open to the public. Mathers is an award-winning former member of Toastmasters International and the author of four books.
