ROSEBURG Daley joins Mercy board The chief financial officer of Roseburg Forest Products has joined the board of directors of Mercy Medical Center. P. Martin Daley will serve a three-year term. Daley graduated from Boise State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration accounting.
