GREEN Man arrested after toddler wanders off A 27-year-old Green resident was arrested Monday after his toddler son was found wandering through the neighborhood by himself, according to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office. Elijah William Mackey was taken into custody and brought to the Douglas County Jail, where he was booked on suspicion of second-degree child neglect, endangering the welfare of a minor and contempt of court.
