ROSEBURG Accident caused by driver leaving turn lane A Roseburg woman was sent to the hospital shortly after noon Tuesday after a vehicle exiting a turn lane on Garden Valley Boulevard collided with her car. Dana Adriene Powers Macmillian, 41, was struck by a car driven by Cecil Merion Spry, 31, residence unknown. Merion was cited on suspicion of failure to obey a traffic control device. According to Roseburg police, Spry was stopped in a left turn lane facing east at the intersection of Garden Valley Boulevard and Stewart Parkway.
