A Myrtle Creek woman was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of trying to steal from a Roseburg store and then battling with people who tried to stop her, according to Roseburg police. Cheyenne Rose Foster, 24, is suspected of putting $75 worth of merchandise in her purse and trying to leave the Thai Treasure in the 1400 block of Garden Valley Boulevard.
