Raffle winner gets game ball The Tri City Lions recently held a fundraiser, raffling the winning game ball from the University of Oregon’s Duck Rose Bowl. The raffle raised $308 to provide sight and hearing services to members of the community. Tri City Lions’ President Bill Palmer presented the game ball to the winning ticket holder, Cheyenne Schmidt, an 11th-grader at Riddle High School.
