ROSE Staying snug What a great idea — blanketing Douglas County with warming centers. Perhaps “blanket” is a bit of an overstatement. But our county’s wide acreage can claim such shelters in its north, central and south segments, now that the Douglas County Housing and Homeless Coalition has announced plans to train volunteers for a warming center in Riddle.
