The amount of heroin seized from a Roseburg home last week once would have been a major find, but it’s more routine now, the commander of the Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team said Monday. DINT raided a house Friday in the 1500 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard and found 3 ounces of heroin, a small amount of marijuana, scales and packaging material.
