Contributions toward paving a parking lot next to the Roseburg National Cemetery are picking up, with $10,000 coming in over the past three weeks, the president of a group raising money said Monday. The Guardians of Heroes had previously raised about $30,000 over more than two years toward a $190,000 project to pave, mark and landscape an 89-space lot.
