More to code than some see I recently tried to donate a small bike and metal table at the Salvation Army complex in Roseburg. I was told that since the 1997 law/code was now starting to be enforced, they could no longer have anything outside the store. They could not take my donation, since their indoor space is limited. In this economy especially, I think that law/code should be rethought, abolished, or reviewed. Not only does it affect the stores, but it affects the recycling and donations efforts of individuals.
