A Lookingglass rancher and 1975 Camas Valley High School graduate has been selected to replace Jeff Bright as director of the Downtown Roseburg Association. Roxana Grant, 55, will take over the helm of the merchants group Dec. 1. Grant is a former volunteer coordinator for Battered Persons’ Advocacy in Roseburg. She also has experience in customer service and public relations at computer technology businesses, including the Hammond, La.-based Barrister Global Services Network and the Portland-based Pacific Information Systems.
