WINCHESTER — The December Jazz Spectacular will feature a little something for everyone this year. Both the Big Horn Jazz Band and the Umpqua Singers are slated to perform. The Umpqua Singers will present holiday favorites mixed with jazz standards and popular songs. The Big Horn Jazz Band will follow with traditional jazz including pieces from the big band, the modern and the new jazz eras.
