After 21 years of owning and operating Builder Tile and Floor Covering, Rhonda Day faced her toughest decision. She enjoyed working with contractors, customers and installers, and the business had enjoyed profitable years. But the past two years had not been profitable, and the outlook was bleak. Day, who turns 62 on Monday, closed up shop and retired a year earlier than she had planned.
