Roseburg police arrested a 23-year-old transient Wednesday on suspicion of leading police on a car chase early Saturday and then eluding officers on foot. Police arrested Ryan Michael Williams around 8 p.m. at a residence in the 1600 block of Kane Street in connection with a pursuit that occurred around 12:30 a.m. Saturday off Southeast Stephens Street, Roseburg Sgt.
