A Roseburg man was arrested Friday evening on suspicion of tossing three wooden chairs from a fourth-story window because he was angry with his girlfriend, Roseburg police said. The chairs, each approximately 50 pounds, landed on a sidewalk in the 700 block of Cass Avenue near where a 65-year-old Roseburg woman was standing, police said. Philip Christopher Dreyer, 57, was booked into the Douglas County Jail on suspicion of harassment and reckless endangering. He was in custody today in lieu of $8,750 bail.
