The Oregon Department of Human Services got an unexpected gift Thursday when Susan Purcival and her six grandchildren dropped off more than 340 Christmas presents. The grandchildren decided to forgo Christmas gifts this year and spend the money on presents for other children. The Roseburg cousins made a pact to donate the gifts last Christmas Eve after seeing how many presents they received.
