Winter is here, and the holidays are upon us. Entertaining our friends and families is in full swing. And in the blustery days and long nights that come with winter, so many of us crave hearty meals and bold wines. Unlike Thanksgiving, when most of us choose to create a traditional turkey dinner, Christmas and New Year’s celebrations allow for more options and choices in our meal planning.
