Oakland man among finalists for city recorder job

OAKLAND — The City Council this week interviewed an Oakland man, a former Oakridge city official and the current Hines city administrator for the job of city recorder, Mayor Bette Keehley said today. The three finalists met with the council Wednesday. The council has sent a letter to one offering the job. Keehley said the city has not heard back from that person and declined to identify the council’s choice.
