Residents of a teen homeless shelter will hold a rummage sale Friday, Saturday and Sunday to raise money to pay for heat. The sale will be from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. all three days at Casa de Belen, 1199 N.E. Grandview Dr., in Roseburg. Items for sale were donated by the Douglas County Mom’s List, a Facebook group of women. Members of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church helped organize the drive. All money raised will go toward paying the shelter’s heating bills, which Director Penny McCue said reach about $1,000 per month in the winter. Information: 651-677-0073 …
