A 16-year-old Winston boy was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of shooting a 17-year-old Roseburg girl in the head with a BB gun Tuesday night at about 11:45 p.m. Winston police reported that the girl hit with a BB was nearly hysterical when officers met her at a convenience store. She was wounded in the forehead, but her injuries were not life-threatening. The boy was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a deadly or dangerous weapon, reckless endangering and assault.
