A Roseburg woman accused of shooting her partner during a domestic dispute was granted a new lawyer Thursday at her request. At a hearing in Douglas County Circuit Court, the court-appointed attorney for Linda Anne Bond agreed with the motion, saying “a conflict has developed that makes representing her impossible.” “The attorney-client relationship has deteriorated beyond repair,” said Daniel Bouck, director of the Umpqua Valley Public Defender’s Office.
