Another storm system is expected to pass through Douglas County tonight and Thursday, bringing high winds and heavy rain, according to the National Weather Service. Tonight’s forecast calls for rain and winds of 20 to 30 mph, with gusts as high as 45 mph, weather service meteorologist James Bunker in Medford said.
