Barbara Nelson of Winston has resolved to read the Bible cover to cover in 2013. Nelson, 84, said she learned from the obituary of a Medford cousin that he read the Bible through four times and really recommended it. She said she read it through a few years ago but feels a second read would be worthwhile. “You never know, maybe it will have new meaning for you each time,” Nelson said.
