WINCHESTER UCC honors society members Umpqua Community College’s Alpha Sigma Upsilon chapter of Phi Theta Kappa has accepted 57 students into the international honors society. Each quarter, students who earn at least a 3.5 GPA and have attended UCC for at least two quarters and completed a minimum of 12 credits are invited to join the honors society.
