GARRETT ANDREWS The News-Review Authorities have arrested the surviving party of a deadly altercation last year outside the Douglas Inn in Roseburg. On Wednesday evening, Roseburg police served a felony warrant on Michael Oglesby of Winston. A grand jury recently indicted him for second-degree manslaughter. Oglesby, 37, was arrested in connection with a February dispute that left a homeless man, Jonathan Scott King, dead.
