ROSEBURG $1,000 scholarship offered The Roseburg Education Association is accepting applications for a $1,000 scholarship that will be awarded to a graduating high school senior whose parent or stepparent is a member of the group. Applications are available at the Roseburg High School Career Center or can be requested by sending an email to Susan Ferguson, Roseburg Education Association elementary vice president, at susanferguson@charter.net. The scholarship is not restricted to Roseburg High School graduates. Scholarship applications must be turned in to the Career Center by March 15. The winner will be announced on April 30.
