A Roseburg man who took and distributed a sexually explicit picture of a 15-year-old girl received probation Tuesday, with a four-year prison sentence hanging over his head if he violates the terms of his release. Aaron Thomas Martin, 18, was sentenced in Douglas County Circuit Court to five years on probation and a lifetime label as a sex offender for shooting a photo of a female classmate and sending it to three of the girl’s friends in an effort to embarrass her.
