A Winston man accused of fatally punching another man in the parking lot of the Douglas Inn in Roseburg last year pleaded not guilty Monday to second-degree manslaughter. Michael Keith Oglesby, 37, was indicted this month in the Feb. 5 death of Jonathan Scott King, 31, who police say was hit in the face by Oglesby, causing King to fall and hit his head on the ground.
