The Douglas County Farm Bureau will award six $1,000 scholarships for the 2013-14 school year to students who are pursuing a degree in agriculture or forestry or are children or grandchildren of a voting farm bureau member. Applications for the scholarships must be received by March 15. Applicants should be Douglas County high school graduates who are graduating this year or enrolled in college. Douglas County homeschool students may also apply. Past scholarship recipients can reapply.
