The Spinney Brothers, a four-piece bluegrass band from Canada, will perform at 3 p.m. Feb. 24 at Umpqua Community College’s Centerstage Theatre, 1140 Umpqua College Road, Roseburg. The group plays traditional, Southern-flavored bluegrass and has won awards in Canada and Nashville. The concert benefits its sponsor, the Roseburg chapter of the Oregon Bluegrass association.
