An angry woman had to be wrestled to the ground by Roseburg officers as she was being arrested at a state office, police said. Roseburg police were called to a disturbance at the Human Services Department, 1937 W. Harvard Ave., shortly after noon Thursday. Police say a 24-year-old Sutherlin woman became angry about child visitation issues and began making threats to stab and kill state workers and tear down the building.
