WINCHESTER — Rep. Bruce Hanna said Wednesday he will push for reforms to the Public Employees Retirement System that could save the state millions of dollars a year. During a town hall meeting at Umpqua Community College, Hanna said the retirement program for government workers in Oregon has caused an unsustainable financial drain.
