She also recycles cardboard, mixed paper, and customers’ junk mail. The Package Depot offers one-stop services at 1224 N.E. Walnut St., Roseburg. Customers may send and pick up their postal mail and arrange to buy postage, duplicate copies, laminate, fax, and send packages by United Parcel Service.
