Umpqua Community College will host a second public forum Tuesday in Sutherlin to give the community members an opportunity to share their perspectives and priorities for the college as it develops plans for the next five years. The forum will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Sutherlin Community Center, 150 S.
