Prep Basketball: Douglas girls fade at finish vs. Brookings

WINSTON — The Douglas girls basketball team was well aware of the implications of its meeting with Brookings on Tuesday. That’s what made the end result, a 50-42 loss to the Bruins, even harder to swallow.
