When you arrive in a new town, how do you find the best place to eat? If you ask at the hotel desk, you will likely get the name of a place nearby or in a marketing relationship with the hotel. Off you go, and maybe you have an OK meal. I like unique, ethnic, local and fresh food, whether served in a little hole in the wall or in a top-of-the-line restaurant.
