A woman with a history of conflict with her neighbors allegedly bit at police as she was being taken into custody, Winston police said. Police received a call Friday evening from a woman who said her neighbor, Debra Lynn Bush, had just spit in her face and threatened her during an argument. Police say when a Winston Police officer and a Douglas County sheriff’s deputy arrived at the scene, Bush, 52, became hostile and fought with them.
