OAKLAND — Former mayor and longtime civic leader Paul Tamm will be honored Sunday afternoon for his leadership in renovating a downtown pavilion, which the city will name after him. “I just really want him to know that I respect him and admire him for all that he’s done for the city with his unselfish generosity,” Mayor Bette Keehley said.
