Oakland honors longtime resident Paul Tamm will receive a fitting honor Sunday afternoon. Oakland will dedicate the upgraded pavilion in City Park to the former mayor and longtime civic leader. Tamm, who has late-stage prostate cancer, spearheaded the renovation of the pavilion, which provides the setting for musical performances in the summer.
