Skate night rewards readers

Altrusa International of Roseburg and the Umpqua Reading Council will sponsor a skate night from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Parkview Skate Center, 1151 N.W. Stewart Parkway, Roseburg.

“Rollin’ for Readin’” is part of Celebration of Literacy. Children bring a list of books they’ve read since the beginning of the school year and receive the reduced skate rate of $1.50.
