SUTHERLIN — Flat on its back six months ago, the Fair Oaks Fire Department is up and poised for action under the leadership of its youthful chief, R.C. Mock. “R.C. has done just an amazing job getting us up and running. We appreciate him more than he knows,” said fire district board member Mary Rosemeyer.
