Winter set to make roaring comeback

The unseasonably warm winter weather is on its way out. The temperature in Roseburg dipped to freezing early Monday for the first time in almost a month. More cold and wet weather is expected for the rest of the week, with snow levels hovering around 2,000 feet, according to the National Weather Service. Weather service meteorologist Shad Keene in Medford said today that the region often experiences fairly warm temperatures in February because of high pressure that usually sits over Oregon.
