The body pulled from the South Umpqua River at Elk Island Tuesday afternoon has been identified as a Roseburg man who was reported missing in early January. The Oregon State Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed the identity as Levi Paul Jones, 35. An autopsy Wednesday determined Jones drowned.
