A Myrtle Creek man was arrested Wednesday night on suspicion of assaulting and threatening with a gun a man he had been drinking with, according to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office. Timothy Michael Cregan, 54, was booked into the Douglas County Jail on suspicion of two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of second-degree unlawful use of a weapon, two counts of pointing a firearm at someone, two counts of menacing and one count each of disorderly conduct and interfering with a police officer.
