To help decide which elementary school to close, the Roseburg School Board consulted district staff Thursday on the rippling effects of closing any one of four campuses. In front of a packed audience at the work session at the school district office, board members mulled over how closing either Green, Rose, Melrose or Fir Grove would redistribute students and change bus routes, affecting children throughout the district.
