Ron Wyden hasn’t scheduled a hearing on increasing federal timber harvests in Western Oregon because nobody has come up with legislation that could pass, a Wyden aide said Thursday. “The operative words are, ‘Something that will actually pass,’ ” Wyden spokesman Tom Towslee said.
