ROSEBURG RHS hosts ‘Artlandia’ Roseburg High School students will host a free arts festival called “Artlandia” Thursday. The festival will take place from 6 to 8:30 p.m. in the student center and Rose Theatre at the high school, 400 W. Harvard Ave. A variety of student artwork will on display and students will perform from the choir, band, jazz band, ballroom dance and drama programs.
