Levi Jones, whose body was pulled from the South Umpqua River in Roseburg last week, was a sensitive man who led a troubled life, his mother and ex-wife said Tuesday. Authorities have yet to rule, pending the results of toxicology tests, but his family told police Jones was suicidal.
