A Roseburg man was taken to Mercy Medical Center in Roseburg around 1:15 p.m. Monday after being hit while walking in the Walmart parking lot on Northeast Stewart Parkway. Nicholas Arnold Haury, 62, was struck by a 2010 Buick driven by a 63-year-old Roseburg man, police said. No citations were issued. Haury was taken to Mercy for back and leg pain, police said.
